JB Partners is a family owned and operated build company serving central Indiana. We renovate and build new homes throughout the Indianapolis metro.
We deliver quality craftsmanship, open and direct communication and jaw dropping results with every project we take on. We value quality and integrity and only work with vendors that share our values.
We intentionally take on a limited number of projects, which enables us to deliver the quality experience and high standards we hold ourselves to. At the end of the day, we build homes we would be proud to live in.
JB Partners is Joshua Loewen and his wife Brittany. We’re proud to call Indy home and enjoy living near many of the projects we work on. Joshua, is a hands on project manager. Brittany works behind the scenes to provide vision and strategic planning. We’re looking forward to partnering with you!
